Tools Design/Fabrication
- Tool center, total 160+ HCs employees and design team. Tool capacity 70+ sets tool/month. Rapid Tool Developed Lead Time: Prototype 15 days; Hard Tools 30~40 days;
- Completed tools process in house as design, fabrication/qualification. Cacibility for high precision tools，insert mold, overall mold, double color tools, liquid silicon mold, multi-cavities with 32/64 cavities;
- Applicable Resin Material: PA6(6)+30%GF/PPE/PPO/ABS/PBT/TPE etc, Engineering material with high temperature (300~400degree) ;
Robot Application
- 70+ HC employees for Robot Department, responsible for hardware and software, equipment debugging and maintenance, technology covers mechanical, electrical, robot and visual inspection;
